• One goal which, if actualized, could have the most significant impact your life and leadership.
• What you are doing and not doing that are keeping you from making progress on this goal.
• Competing commitments and fears that are informing what you do and don’t do.
• Big assumptions fueling your commitments, fears that things you are doing and not doing.
• Ways and times you could test your big assumptions and begin implementing your goal.
